Refund Policy
Returns
Products can be refunded for any reason within 15 days of purchase, as long as the packaging and product are unopened.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several items are not returnable. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept personal or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care products
To complete a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only a partial refund may be granted (if applicable).

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, we'll process it and automatically refund the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to appear.
Next, contact your bank. Refunds typically take some time to appear.

Market Items (if applicable)
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items; markdown items are not refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email Support@nanpiren.com and ship the item to: 301 W 8th St, Kansas City, MO 64105, United States.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return. Once we receive the return, we'll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift-giver shipped the order to themselves to give to you later, we'll issue a refund to the gift-giver, who will be notified of your return.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.
If you're shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
