Shipping Policy
Nanpiren LLC ("we") is the operator of (https://www.nanpiren.com) (the "Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the following terms. These terms are designed to ensure both parties understand and agree to this arrangement, for mutual protection, and to set expectations for our service.
1. General
Availability is subject to actual inventory. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory quantities on the Website, there may be times when inventory discrepancies prevent us from shipping all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will ship the available items and contact you to let you know whether you wish to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or to issue a refund.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Shipping costs are payable at the time of purchase.
This price will be the final price for shipping to the customer.
3. Returns
3.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind
UANA will gladly accept returns due to change of mind as long as the return request is received within 15 days of receipt and the item is returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who will be required to arrange their own shipping.
Once the return is received and accepted, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit for future purchases. We will notify you via email once the refund has been processed.
Nanpiren will refund the value of the returned item, but will not refund any shipping costs paid.
3.2 Warranty Returns
Nanpiren will gladly honor any valid warranty claims as long as the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the item.
The customer is responsible for prepaying the return shipping costs, but a refund will be issued upon successful warranty claim.
Nanpiren will process your warranty claim within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once a warranty claim is confirmed, you will be offered the following options:
(a) Refund to your payment method
(b) Refund in the form of store credit
(c) Send you a replacement item (if in stock)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1 Domestic Shipping Time
Generally, domestic shipping takes 2-7 days.
4.2 International Shipping Time
International orders typically take 4-22 days to ship. The specific time depends on the courier you choose. We can provide a more specific quote when you select a courier during checkout.
4.4 Shipping Address Change
Orders placed before 3:00 PM EST (UTC-04) will ship the same day; otherwise, they will ship the next business day.
Our warehouse operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays. On national holidays, our warehouse is closed. We take steps to minimize shipping delays.
4.4 Shipping Address Change
For shipping address changes, we can change the address at any time before the order is shipped.
4.5 PO Box Shipping
Nanpiren only ships to PO Box addresses via postal service. We cannot offer express delivery to these areas.
4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We cannot offer this service via express delivery.
4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock item and ship the remainder of the order.
4.8 Delivery Exceeded
If delivery takes longer than expected, please contact us so we can investigate.
5. Tracking Notification
After shipping, customers will receive a tracking link that allows them to track the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates from the shipping provider.
6. Package Damaged in Shipping
If you notice a package damaged in shipping, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact our Customer Service. If the package was delivered without you, please contact Customer Service for next steps.
7. Duties and Taxes
7.1 Sales Tax
Product prices displayed on the Website include sales tax.
7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival at their destination country. The specific fees vary by country, and Nanpiren recommends that you be aware of these potential charges before placing an order.
If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Nanpiren at your expense, and you will receive a refund for the value of the goods paid, less return shipping costs. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
8. Cancellation
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before your order is shipped. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Refund Policy.
9. Insurance
Packages are insured for loss and damage up to the value stated by the courier.
9.1 Handling of Package Damage in Transit
Once the courier has completed its investigation of the claim, we will process a refund or replacement.
9.2 Package Lost in Transit
Once the courier investigates and determines the package is lost, we will process a refund or replacement.
